I’m a 4th generation Los Angeles based entrepreneur. I began my entrepreneurial journey in 2003 when I founded a business consulting and technology services firm. The company achieved rapid growth, receiving accolades as an Inc. Magazine Fastest Growing Company, and Los Angeles Business Journal Best Place to Work.
While I didn’t set out to build a company to sell it, I realized our market had become highly acquisitive, and building and selling the company could be a great opportunity for me, my family, and my employees. With that realization, I set out on a journey to grow the company by 350% in three years, and position for an exit.
Eighteen months later our growth was flat. We hit a ceiling, and hadn’t gained the traction I had anticipated.
I adjusted the strategy, and joined forces with a like minded company, with the intent of growing together — a faster more certain path to an exit in a hot market. After running a process to find the right buyer, I sold the firm, and converted most the equity into the new entity. Together, our firms grew 300% in three years, ultimately selling to a publicly traded IT services firm.
During those three years I learned the best way to run a business, and fell in love with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). It was the missing piece that prevented me from gaining traction in my own company. So when I decided to return to my entrepreneurial roots, I decided to focus on my passions – Entrepreneurship and EOS.
Today, I work with entrepreneurial leadership teams to help them get what they want from their businesses by implementing the best way I know how to run a company.
When I am not collaborating with leadership teams, I’m spending time with my wife and two children and training to complete my first Ironman Triathlon in 2019.

In 2018 I established the “Give a Chute” foundation. The foundation hosts periodic events for business leaders to expand their Horizons through unique experiences, expand their Network through new relationships and make an Impact by giving back to the community.
In 2019 we are partnering with the Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation with the goal of raising $20,000 to support Pediatric Cancer.
